Even if it’s not in your job description, you should be okay to get your hands dirty from time to time. You should be ready to step in and do something that you normally don’t do if that’s what it takes to save the day.
Creativity and Resourcefulness
When things don’t go as planned, you should be able to think outside the box and find other ways to make it work. Someone with a success mindset will find alternatives and make the best out of a tough situation.
You should start your day with a purpose and end it with accomplishments. You should be able to complete tasks that you set out to do and still find time to relax and connect with your colleagues. In short, you should be productive when it comes to your hours and organized when it comes to your work.
