Six Million and Growing

We are excited to share that the Kami community has grown to six million. There is no doubt that digital tools are changing teaching practices and the academic experience for students—not only in the United States but across the globe. Blended learning is made possible with Kami, one PDF annotation at a time.

Today, over 15,000 American K-12 (Kindergarten to Grade 12) schools are using Kami in the classroom. Did you know that you can save the environment each time you load a document into our app? Since our launch in 2013, we have learned that teachers and students embrace the opportunity to reduce paper usage, as well as the chance to create an interactive environment through educational technology.

Our mission has always been to help students learn and grow through our intuitive tools. We want our app to promote collaboration and interactive learning. We’re thrilled that so many educators are using Kami for this purpose today.

To all the teachers, students, and individuals who had the same vision as Kami, we want to say thank you. Six million thanks, to be exact! All your support and feedback over the years have been fuel for Kami to provide a universally accessible app that can impact the next generation of learners and educators.
